The Private Chef experience brings great Umbrian cuisine directly to Casale Isidoro. A hand-picked chef, deeply versed in the local gastronomic tradition, will craft a bespoke menu using only ingredients from the region: black truffle from Norcia, extra virgin olive oil from our own olive groves, cheeses from the shepherds of the Valnerina, meats from the Monti Sibillini.

From the aperitif to dessert, every course is a tale of authentic flavour. The chef cooks before your eyes, sharing the techniques and the stories behind each dish. All you need to do is sit, savour and let yourself be carried along. At the end of the evening, the kitchen will be left spotless — you need not worry about a thing.
