The Origins
An Early 20th-Century Farmhouse
The farmhouse dates back to the early years of the twentieth century, when these hills between Castel Ritaldi and Spoleto were dotted with small family farms. For generations, these walls have held the rhythms of working the land, the scent of freshly baked bread, and the laughter around the hearth. Today they preserve that same soul — exposed stone, timber beams, terracotta floors — alongside contemporary comfort. Every detail has been chosen with care: from the fabrics to the colours, from the furnishings to the finishes, everything tells a story of authenticity and refinement rooted in Umbrian rural tradition.

Our Land
From the Land to the Table
The Scarabottini family tends a small farm that produces olive oil, pasta, flour, fruit and seasonal vegetables. No chemicals, only respect for the land and its natural rhythms. Our olive groves encircle the farmhouse, and in autumn the olive harvest becomes a ritual that guests are warmly invited to share. The extra virgin olive oil we produce is our pride: golden, fragrant, with that gentle peppery note that speaks of the genuine character of our Umbria.

Casale Isidoro stands in Tervenano, in the municipality of Castel Ritaldi, in a strategic position from which to explore the wonders of the region. From here Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna and Assisi are all within easy reach. Yet the true discovery is what surrounds you: the olive grove sloping gently towards the valley, the hills that change colour with the seasons, the silence broken only by birdsong and the rustle of the wind through the olive trees.
