Booking Terms
Bookings at Casale Isidoro are subject to the following terms:
Booking of the Entire Property
A booking at Casale Isidoro always covers the entire property. When you book, you reserve the whole estate with all three bedrooms, the communal spaces, the swimming pool and the gardens.
Confirmation and Deposit
Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation deposit. The amount and payment method will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Balance
The balance due must be paid in accordance with the terms and timings agreed at the time of booking.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 4:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am. Different times may be agreed in advance, subject to availability.
Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking and may not be exceeded during the stay.
Identification Documents
A valid identification document is required for each guest on arrival, as stipulated by current regulations.
Minimum Age
The lead guest on the booking must be at least 18 years old at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded in full.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Last-Minute Cancellation
For cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
Early Departure
No refund is provided for early departures before the agreed check-out date.
Rules of the House
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to observe the following rules:
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Stag and hen parties, celebrations or any unauthorised events are not permitted.
- The lead guest on the booking must be at least 18 years old.
- Use of the swimming pool is at the guests' own responsibility.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult in the pool.
- Glass items are not permitted in the pool area.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- Any damage to the property must be reported promptly and may be charged to the guest.
- Parking within the property is at the guests' own use and risk.
- The property reserves the right to claim compensation for damages caused during the stay.

Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than the terms set out by current regulations.
